내 파일과 서재
toony는 로그인 없이 사용하는 파일 리더입니다. 불러온 문서와 이미지, 서재와 책갈피는 기기의 앱 저장 공간에서 관리합니다. 앱이 직접 생성하는 분석 이벤트에 파일명, 경로, 문서 내용, 책갈피 텍스트를 넣지 않습니다. 앱은 Google Drive나 Dropbox로 파일을 자동 업로드하지 않습니다. 기기 및 운영체제의 백업 기능은 별도로 적용될 수 있습니다.
이용 통계와 오류 보고
출시 앱은 Firebase Analytics와 Crashlytics를 사용합니다. 수집이 켜져 있으면 앱 활성화 시 하루 한 번 서재 파일·폴더·책갈피 개수를 기록하고, 폴더 생성 이벤트를 기록합니다. 폴더 이름은 전송하지 않습니다. 사용량 파악, 기능 개선, 오류 진단을 위해 처리합니다.
SDK는 앱 설치 단위 식별자, 실행·세션 등의 이용 정보, 기기·운영체제·앱 버전, 오류 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Analytics에는 네트워크 주소에서 파생된 대략적인 지역 정보가 포함될 수 있으며, 앱은 GPS 위치를 요청하지 않습니다. 크래시 보고에는 오류 당시 실행 상태와 호출 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이름을 입력하지 않는다고 해서 이 정보를 완전히 익명인 정보로 간주하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공업체와 보관
분석·진단 데이터는 Google의 Firebase/Google Analytics 서비스로 전송됩니다. 서비스 제공 과정에서 거주 국가 밖에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 보관과 삭제는 해당 서비스의 데이터 종류별 처리 정책 및 프로젝트 설정에 따릅니다. 자세한 내용은 Firebase 개인정보 및 보안 안내와 Google 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.
설정 및 문의
사용 통계·오류 보고는 기본적으로 켜져 있으며 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 끄면 앱의 추가 통계 기록과 크래시 수집을 중지하고, 로컬 분석 상태 및 아직 보내지 않은 크래시 보고를 정리합니다. 서버에 이미 전송된 데이터가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 개인정보 열람·삭제 등 문의는 위 이메일로 보내주세요. 계정이 없어 관련 설치 기록을 특정하는 데 한계가 있을 수 있으며, 필요한 확인 사항을 안내합니다.
문의 이메일을 보내면 회신 주소와 문의 내용을 문제 해결 및 답변에 사용합니다. 비밀번호나 개인 문서 등 불필요한 민감정보는 보내지 마세요. 앱 코드에서 광고 저장·광고 사용자 데이터·광고 개인화 동의는 거부 상태로 설정하고, IDFV 수집을 비활성화합니다. 처리 내용이 변경되면 이 페이지를 업데이트합니다.

Your files and library
toony is a file reader with no account requirement. Imported documents, images, library records and bookmarks are managed in the app's on-device storage. App-created analytics events do not include filenames, paths, document contents or bookmark text. The app does not automatically upload your files to Google Drive or Dropbox. Device and operating-system backup features may apply separately.
Usage statistics and crash reports
The release app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. When collection is enabled, it records library file, folder and bookmark counts once per day when the app becomes active, and records folder creation events without folder names. This supports usage analysis, product improvements and troubleshooting.
The SDKs may process installation identifiers, lifecycle and session information, device, OS and app versions, and diagnostic information. Analytics may derive approximate geography from network addresses; toony does not request GPS location. Crash reports may contain execution state and call information. These records are not considered fully anonymous merely because you do not enter your name.
Service providers and retention
Analytics and diagnostic data are sent to Google's Firebase/Google Analytics services and may be processed outside your country. Retention and deletion depend on the service's policies for each data type and the project configuration. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google's Privacy Policy.
Your controls and requests
Collection is enabled by default and can be turned off in app settings. Turning it off stops further app analytics recording and crash collection, resets local analytics state and removes unsent crash reports. It does not automatically delete data already received by servers. Contact the email above for access, deletion or privacy questions. Because there is no account, identifying your installation records may be limited; we will explain any necessary verification.
If you email support, your reply address and message are used to investigate and answer your request. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. The app sets advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization consent to denied, and disables IDFV collection. Changes to these practices will be reflected on this page.

ファイルと本棚
toonyはログイン不要のファイルリーダーです。読み込んだ文書・画像、本棚とブックマークは端末のアプリ保存領域で管理します。アプリ独自の分析イベントにはファイル名、パス、文書内容、ブックマークのテキストを含めません。Google DriveやDropboxへファイルを自動送信しません。端末・OSのバックアップ機能は別途適用される場合があります。
利用統計とエラー報告
リリース版はFirebase AnalyticsとCrashlyticsを使用します。収集が有効な場合、アプリがアクティブになった際に1日1回、ファイル・フォルダ・ブックマークの件数を記録します。フォルダ作成イベントも記録しますが、フォルダ名は送信しません。利用状況の把握、機能改善、問題の診断に使用します。
SDKはインストール識別子、起動・セッション情報、端末・OS・アプリのバージョン、診断情報を処理する場合があります。Analyticsはネットワークアドレスからおおよその地域を推定する場合がありますが、アプリはGPS位置を要求しません。クラッシュ報告には実行状態や呼び出し情報が含まれる場合があります。名前を入力しないことだけを理由に、完全な匿名情報とは扱いません。
提供事業者と保存
分析・診断データはGoogleのFirebase/Google Analyticsサービスへ送信され、居住国外で処理される場合があります。保存・削除はデータの種類に応じたサービスの方針とプロジェクト設定に従います。FirebaseのプライバシーとセキュリティおよびGoogleプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
設定とお問い合わせ
収集は初期状態で有効です。アプリ設定から無効にできます。無効にすると追加の分析記録とクラッシュ収集を停止し、端末の分析状態と未送信のクラッシュ報告を整理します。送信済みデータは自動削除されません。開示・削除などのご相談は上記メールへお送りください。アカウントがないため、対象インストールの記録を特定できない場合があります。必要な確認事項をご案内します。
お問い合わせ時の返信先とメッセージは調査・返信のために使用します。不要な機密情報は送らないでください。アプリでは広告ストレージ・広告ユーザーデータ・広告パーソナライズの同意を拒否に設定し、IDFV収集を無効化しています。取り扱いを変更する場合は本ページを更新します。
